Clearing for Health & Well-Being, Part 4

I’ve been using a technique that I read about in Joe Vitale’s two books, Zero Limits: The Secret Hawaiian System for Wealth, Health, Peace, and More, and At Zero: The Final Secrets, both based on a process of repeating four simple phrases in order to clear past patterns… and more.

The words are: I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you. Now you’ll have to read the book(s) to learn more about this wonderful clearing way of living. I really recommend them both.

What I want to talk about in this fourth sharing in our series of Clearing for Health & Well-Being is how using this clearing technique along with statements that Teacher gave to me, gave me the feeling that I had a brain-floss. You know, like flossing your teeth? After doing this, I was sooo clear. Very.

Teacher suggested that I use the Clearing Audio produced by Joe Vitale and Pat O’Brian. What’s so special about the audio is that behind the music, those exact statements are spoken as subliminal messages. Even though there is a choice to actually hear the statements along with the music, I like this option best.

I played the audio and while listening with headphones, I spoke the words that Teacher gave to me… over and over again. I listened to the audio three times and repeated the words many times. Here is what Teacher suggested:

This afternoon, when you have some time to yourself, then proceed. Light a candle and incense. Move the incense around your physicality. Bring yourself to peace. Put on the cd and while you are listening to the audio without words, then speak these words continuously:

I release any and all previous patterns, held to my being from the previous experiences that have resided in this body. I release all previous patterns and encodings that have prohibited my receiving of my own great abundance. I embrace the truth that I am the All and can never be separated from my own physical financial abundance. I release need and embrace fulfillment. I am a whole being. I am cared for. All abundance is mine. I receive it with great gratitude. Amen.

Again, as with everything that I share, please feel free to change or replace any wording. However, I suggest that you give these words a try, as they were given. I realize these statements focus on clearing for financial abundance; however, I think that all clearing, regardless of whatever purpose we place upon and within it, is for our health and well-being. Oh… you are going to love your brain-floss!
