October 2020 Daily Reflection with Teacher
“Remember, the personality is really created out of nothing. It is a vehicle for the human to journey within, to experience the journey… until there is an awakening. How can an awakening occur for that human? Here’s the answer.”

“Greetings! I am Teacher and I come forth to speak with you concerning this day. You see, my dears, as human spirit-beings, there is a tendency to project into the future and to actually reside there for most of the day. Now planning is natural, of course, yet there is a denial of the present day and even the present moment as the possibilities of the future seem to call to us all. What can we do about that? Here’s the answer.
“Now you probably think that I am going to talk about residing in the moment and perhaps I will after a little bit, but I want to speak with you about who you are and how your knowing of who you are can affect your current journey, your journey within the day, each day.
“You see, as the spirit of you resides incarnate, it resides within that humanness and the body-physical. And that is what allows you to be incarnate. Now the human being needs something for its journey. What is it? Well, it needs something that will experience its journey and that is the persona or personality. The human, your human beingness has developed an identity and it is the identity that journeys forth. Now what is the truth about this identity? Oh you are going to love this!
“It isn’t real. You see, the real you is that essence that resides within that vessel. Remember, the personality is the vessel for the human’s journey, but the human is your vessel. Do you see? So then as you go forth within your journey, you are tempted again and again to relate to the journey through the personality. And that’s not a crime… yet there comes that moment when you begin to recognize that you are much more, you begin to recognize that your personality has wants and needs, as it tries to make itself what the external world deems is necessary. But you are the life force itself. You are the essence of being, the divine essence, and you reside incarnate for one purpose and that is to consciously awaken to this truth…while incarnate. This means that you are incarnating truth, which becomes part of the grand awakening of all beings.
“You see, there are forerunners, those who go forth at times into the fray and clear the way for others to follow. The others aren’t following as if following a leader. They are simply having an inkling that there is something more than this search for success in the external world, something more than the ever-unending fulfilling of a need, a need that continues to present itself according to the propaganda of advertising, of perhaps even religious truths. The need resides upon something that proves that it is false. And that which it resides upon is this.
“When there is a seeming need and there are those who propose the needs to that wonderful human, your vessel. All of those needs are resting upon the untruth, the untruth that says that you are separate from the whole, from the divine and you must do something to become closer to the divine. Some teachings actually say that you cannot become closer to the divine by yourself, that you need a being, perhaps a holy being, to get you to be at least close to the divine. But here’s the truth about all of that.

“Those teachings are resting upon the illusion, the illusion of separation from the whole. There is no separation. There is no need to try to get closer to the divine. You are divinity incarnate. That is the real you.
“And then there is the second truth about all of this. You and all beings are of the one. You may appear to be individual, to be separate form each other, but the truth remain that you are all one being, that in truth you cannot be separate. All beings breathe the same breath. The same pulse beat resides within all beings. Yes, it is true that the personalities present a definite difference and purport that each being is surely separate. Yet remember, the personality is really created out of nothing. It is a vehicle for the human to journey within, to experience the journey…until there is an awakening. How can an awakening occur for that human? Here’s the answer.
“As the human becomes bogged down by survival’s demands, the demands of trying to be a certain way in order to become that which it already is, there comes that moment when the human asks if there is another way, if there is some kind of relief from the struggle, the struggle to be. And in that moment, there is an opening. For what? For you, the real you, the divine essence. To what?
“To flow forth and begin to fill the sleeping consciousness of that human. When this occurs, the human feels a lightness of being and wants more. And of course, as has been the pattern, the human will look externally for that more; yet the more of that awakening, that mini-awakening resides within.
“Yet the journey will give to that human—your vessel—other experiences that will lead him or her toward a different way of viewing the journey, a different way of recognizing truth, and a different way of letting go of survival’s grasp. And the more that the journey of your human vessel experiences those mini-awakenings, the more that you can flow forth and fill that beingness.
“Now why can’t you just flow forth and fill that human right now? The answer is that you are the frequencies of divinity incarnate. That is you. In order to remain incarnate, you must respect the vulnerability of that body-physical and its ability to incorporate those expanded frequencies. Gradually gradually do you fill that consciousness with truth; and when you do, there is then a light-heartedness that begins to fill that human vessel of yours. Soon…oh you are going to be surprised at this…maybe…if you haven’t been reading expanded teachings.
“Soon, that personality discovers that it really isn’t so important. That is to say, the human’s personality begins to recognize the truth that there is something bigger that is residing within that body. The personality begins to recognize that there is a knowing that is occurring and that the knowing is different than thinking about everything. The human and its personality begin to relish that inner knowing as it flows forth to fill its consciousness, to fill its decision-making, and to fill the entire being with inner peace.
“What do you think that inner knowing is? Yes, you are right! It is the frequency of that which you are, it is the frequency of the divine essence taking form. And the more that the human and its persona fall in love with the ease of living that is the result of letting go of struggling to be, struggling to have more, struggling to be more, struggling to be as the external world projects it must be; the more that your vessels — your human nature and its persona — give up that struggle, then the more that you flow forth and become fully incarnate. Do you see?
“After all, that is your purpose, is it not? Yes, it is to be consciously incarnate. Consciously meaning that you are residing as truth itself. This means that you are aware that you are in a vessel, yet you are the one and all beings are you and you are all beings. It means that you are fully conscious that the journey begins and ends in the same moment. It means that the struggle resides in physicality’s illusion of separation from the whole. It means that within your breath, there resides truth incarnate. You are the all. You are the one. You are the life force. You are the divinity incarnate. You are. Always are you. Always. And this journey is simply a way of awakening to that truth. Now isn’t that just nifty?
“Again, I am most pleased to be speaking with you, my dear ones. Remember, when you are feeling difficulties, stop for a moment and ask yourself what part of the external world has grabbed on to you and told you how you must be? Ask yourself what belief is telling you that you are less-than and you must do something to become more? Ask yourself what about your own beingness seems to be defective and you are trying to make yourself be perfect? Ask yourself what illusion are you believing in the moment?
“Then, my dears, take a deep breath and remember. Remember that you are the one being. Remember that you are already who you are trying to be. Remember that you are loved and cared for. Remember that you and the caring and the truth and the love are all the same. One frequency. One residing. And the good news is that it cannot be any other way. The All is the All. You.
